Shipping Terms: Shipping and handling charges are a flate rate per order. Orders will incur charges of $7.00 for standard ground shipping via USPS, UPS or Fedex ground. Customers may select Priority shipment for a charge of $10.00 per order for Priority Mail or Fedex 2 Day service. Selection of the method of shipment is at the option of Admari Tea. Where the order total is $100.00 or more, shipping is free for standard ground. If any items are back ordered, we will ship those items that are in stock immediately at the selected shipping cost. Followup shipments will be made at no additional shipping charge.

Return Policy: Customer service is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your selection of tea, you may return it to Admari Tea for a store credit or replacement. Teaware may be returned, postage paid for a full refund, excluding original shipping charges. All products are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us by phone or email immediately for a replacement due to damage in transit.

Credit Card Security Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as name, address and email address), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. When you enter highly sensitive data (your credit card information ) we process the transaction in real time and do NOT store your details.
