The Full Moon in June arrives close to the height of summer; a moment of illumination within a season of heat, abundance, growth, and intensity.

Where the new moon invites us inward to plant seeds, the full moon brings what has been growing into the light. It reveals what is ripening, what is reaching completion, and what can no longer remain hidden beneath the surface.

This is a moon of fullness. Of feeling. Of recognition.

In this edition of Liquid Meditation, we gather in the heightened energy of the full moon to pause, reflect, and listen. What has been building within you? What is asking to be seen more clearly? What are you ready to release so that your energy can return to balance?

June carries a lush and vibrant quality. Fruit, flowers, rain, heat, and long days all gather around us, reminding us that growth is beautiful, but it can also become overwhelming. The full moon invites us to notice where life feels abundant, where it feels excessive, and where we are being asked to soften, simplify, or let go.

Through intentional tea, breath, silence, and guided reflection, we create a grounded container for awareness and release. This is a practice of returning to presence; of allowing clarity to rise without force.

The full moon does not ask us to become more. It asks us to see what is already here.

Through ceremonial tea and quiet meditation, we open into insight that is both intuitive and embodied. We allow the light of the moon to illuminate the places within us that are ready for completion, gratitude, forgiveness, and release.
