Through the Tea Portal is a special Saturday CommuniTea honoring journeys, transitions, and auspicious new beginnings; a single afternoon built to hold three thresholds at once. The table opens at 2:00 before the ceremonies themselves begin at 3:00. Arrive early if you'd like time to settle in, or come right as things begin.

This particular Saturday, we're gathering for a few reasons. Adrienne is saying her goodbyes before Hong Kong, where she leaves the very next morning to source tea in person, and this is her sendoff as much as it is yours to give. Michael Cantalupo steps forward too, beginning his own Zen journey, a threshold worth marking with more than a quiet goodbye. And the Tea as Ritual students, six weeks into their practice together, present their final tea ceremonies, the culmination of a season spent slowing down as one.

There is no single tea for an afternoon like this one. What's poured will meet the moment, chosen to hold space for departures and beginnings alike, each cup carrying its own small thread of the day's larger story.

Tea was never meant to be a solo act, and a day like this proves it. Come to witness, come to celebrate, come simply because a threshold like this deserves company.
