As the nights grow longer and the boundaries between the real and the otherworld blur, join us for a unique Halloween gathering that celebrates the duality of light and darkness. Embrace the magic of this season with friends and family as we come together at Admari | Modern Tea Culture under the waning fall Hunter's Moon to celebrate birth days and death days and everything in between.
This evening promises to be a beautiful exploration of the paradox of yin and yang, the interplay of masculine and feminine energies, and the honoring of our ancestors. We'll pay tribute to the recent lunar eclipse, explore the Taoist Double Ninth festival (Chong Yang Jie) and the Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) and commemorate the birthdays of our hosts, Adrienne Etkin and Lorna Khoo.

Please consider bringing photos, meaningful objects, or offerings for our ancestral altar, as it provides a sacred space for us to connect with our heritage and pay heartfelt homage to those who preceded us. This gathering also doubles as a birthday celebration for our hosts, Adrienne and Lorna. As we acknowledge the natural cycles of life and death, we'll embrace the joy of birthdays while remembering our ancestors.
