LIQUID MEDITATION | NEW MOON
Tuesday, July 14
The July New Moon arrives in the heart of summer, when the world around us feels bright, active, and full.
This season often pulls our energy outward. The days are long, schedules become crowded, and the heat can intensify everything we are carrying. The new moon offers a necessary counterpoint: a quiet place to pause, listen, and begin again.
New moons mark the opening of a new cycle. They are not about rushing toward action or demanding immediate answers. They invite us to create space, notice what is shifting beneath the surface, and choose what we are ready to nourish with greater care.
In this edition of Liquid Meditation, we gather in the soft darkness of the new moon and use ceremonial tea, breath, silence, and guided reflection as a container for renewal.
Tea helps bring us back into the body. Breath softens the nervous system. Stillness allows the quieter parts of ourselves to become easier to hear.
Together, we will slow the pace, release some of the noise of the outer world, and reconnect with the intentions, rhythms, and inner guidance that can become obscured during a busy season.
This is intention setting without pressure. A practice of planting seeds without forcing the outcome. A moment to ask:
What is ready to begin?
What needs more care, patience, or nourishment?
What are you being invited to release before the next chapter can take shape?
What would it feel like to move forward from clarity rather than urgency?
Come sit with us at the beginning of a new lunar cycle. Share tea, enter stillness, and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and connected to the direction unfolding within you.
No previous meditation or tea experience is required.
