The Pairing Table debuts as an evolution of one of our most beloved experiences from our original New Jersey studio, once known as Not Your Grandmother’s Tea Party. Now reimagined for today, it is where modern tea culture meets edible storytelling.

Designed in an omakase style, the experience unfolds as a guided journey where each course is revealed in the moment. Every element, from a composed bite to a crafted elixir, is intentionally supported by tea. Pairings are chosen to highlight harmony and contrast, bringing forward hidden notes and new dimensions in the cup.

The Pairing Table is a training ground for the senses. Through the interplay of texture, aroma, and flavor, participants build a more nuanced vocabulary and a deeper awareness of tea’s complexity. Each taste becomes a discovery, each course an expansion of perception.
